How frequently should I have a session?

Accepted Answer

Each session removes a layer, like a layer of an onion; and the effect of each session is cumulative, meaning that with each session, your biofield is strengthened and reinforced, balanced and realigned, into a clearer, radiant energy body. It is recommended to start with a series of three sessions, and then have monthly tunings.  However, you can start with one, then decide. The choice is yours, always.

Discounted packages of three (3) 60 minute sessions are available (standard, adrenal reset, organ, body system, relationship, project tunings).

Question 2

Can I bring someone to my in-person session?

Accepted Answer

No. The session is done strictly between the client and practitioner.  This is important because you need to feel that you can fully disclose information without having to filter. Your friend or family member may drop you off and return to pick you up at the end of your session but may not stay on the premise.

Exception: Individuals being tuned for a Relationship Tuning

How to prepare for a session?

Set the intention that you will have a great session!
Be open and be in a state of allowing during the session
Find a comfortable, quiet location for your distance session
Have water nearby

What are the contra-indications?

Do you offer any packages?

Accepted Answer

Yes! You can purchase a discounted package of three (3) 60 minute sessions, which is 11% off of the normal pricing, and can be applied to standard, adrenal reset, organ, body system, relationship, project tunings.

Packages are non-refundable, non-transferrable and expire in 90 days from purchase date.

Question 6

Is there any self-care after the session that I need to be aware of?

Yes! 
Note that it can take up to three days for your body to integrate the frequencies of the forks and crystals
Hydrate yourself with plenty of water
Eat something to ground yourself
Take a salt bath or soak your feet in an epsom salt bath, if you feel guided to do so (optional)

What is Biofield Tuning detox?

Accepted Answer

After a session within 1-3 days, you may experience "Biofield Tuning detox." This occurs when there's a release of stored energy, like trauma, anxiety, pain, in your field. This is normal in any type of energy work. Releasing is a great sign that energy is moving and shifting. Just know that your body is realigning and balancing itself so that you can embody a life of emotional, mental and physical freedom and happiness. 
 
The following are possible symptoms of detox:
 
Fatigue
Waves of emotions – crying, being angry, sad
Loose stools
Exhaustion
Headaches and/or dizziness
Flu-like symptoms
In very rare instances - skin rashes, mucus, fevers, vomiting, excessive thirst
